The place was high-class and had genuinely helpful staff from Magda the Restaurant Manager, loved the stay. They gave us beautifully presented double room with a great view. The location still in residence was magnificent and beautiful. Besides, we were near 10 minutes walking from Liverpool one bus station, and the reception and bar areas.

The hotel was great value for money. Cereal and pastries provided in the morning. Booked family room, had a nice stay for 5 nights. Competent staff were happy to help, thanks for everything. The location was great - very close to many attractions and Liverpool One Shopping centre, the main centre where there is shopping, fab bars & restaurants and city sights. Café Starbucks located 1 km away was a nice surprise.

Magnificent location near to the Lusitania commemoration and the waterfront and easy distance from the city centre, and private parking. Easy walk to Royal Liver Building.

It's great value for money, had a really nice stay for our previous visit in 2019. The breakfast was plentiful and warm and had cereal and pastries! This location was marvellous and lovely, next to Close to town centre, all the shop, bars and restaurants, and the Wirral or Chester.

I had a very relaxing stay, thank you so much! Spotless clean, comfy bed, pretty decent location. Very central hotel set in the pedestrian area. Also, a multi-purpose indoor arena was 1 km away. Stunning unit with a bright decor. The pool was brilliant and I had warm drinks in the beer bar.
